Delivery and returns
Orders will be sent within 24 to 72 hours for products in stock.
Shipping costs for mainland Spain: € 5.00
Shipping costs to Europe and the United Kingdom: € 10.00
For shipments outside of these areas, users should contact Emporium Nerja by phone (634367115) or by sending an email to email@example.com before placing the order.
In case of damage caused by transportation or error by Emporium Nerja, you have the right to have the same item reissued correctly or to cancel the order and refund the full amount of the product in the case there is no stock of said product. It is necessary to notify the possible errors or defects within 48 hours of receiving the order. The products must not have been used.
Within a period of no more than 72 hours from the receipt of the order, a change will be made for another item or a refund (shipping costs not included). The products must not have been used. The original packaging is part of the product you are returning, and therefore, must not have been tampered with.
The procedure for the change will be the following, without which, the return can not be accepted.
You must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including the following information:
Name and email address with which you made the purchase
Products purchased to be returned
Article or size by which you are going to make the change
The shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Remember that we will reject any package that does not follow this procedure.
